"Close is the best CRM, I've ever worked on. Simple to use with lot of functionalities"

What do you like best about Close? The smart views that allows you to create your own view to get an idea of all your Leads, Contacts and Accounts. What do you like best about Close? Very easy to work with. Very clean layout. Can call and text people. What do you dislike about Close? No app on android or app store. If there is, not the greatest. And cannot make calls on phone, which would make things a lot easier when you can do it on the software. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to contact customer database and clean layout

"Close is the first CRM software I have used - and I learned it quickly!"

What do you like best about Close? I like how close is organized. The layout makes sense and is easy for a first timer to get the hang of. What do you dislike about Close? The only downside of close is sometimes it is difficult to undue an action once you have done it. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to keep and track our whole client base and the status of each client is available to everyone so that our team is on the same page.

What do you like best about Close? It covers all aspects of a great CRM. Easy to pick up and get to work. The auto dialer is such a refreshing approach to contacting a high volume of clients with ease. What do you dislike about Close? Nothing at the moment. A great product.I have used a lot of Crm's. "Great Software, great support"

What do you like best about Close? The support is very responsive. I can get very complicated problems solved (even ones outside their control) very quickly. What do you dislike about Close? I have experienced some major issues when my internet speed is low. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Close makes it extremely easy for me to track and manage my leads. Great tools for optimizing workflow.

"Fast, Efficient and Effective"

What do you like best about Close? I've been using Close for a good while now; I feel that Close is very effective and efficient in its approach; I'm a fan of features like the power dialer and predictive dialer. What do you like best about Close? What I like about using Close is that we can track our leads and customers, and we are also updated about the status of the previous call.
