"Simplicity"

What do you like best about Close? What I like most about Close is its simplicity. What do you dislike about Close? Up to this point I can not say that there is anything that I am not pleased with. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Close is definitely allowing me to keep track of my customer interactions and benefit by allowing me to cut time with an all-inclusive CRM.

What do you like best about Close? What I like most about using the Close app is to help me check the recordings of my agent more accessible. "Happy customer of Close CRM"

What do you like best about Close? User friendly & Simple to use. Budget friendly and reliable. What do you dislike about Close? Few improvements are needed with relation to opportunity view and fields set up. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get a high level as well as drilled down view of the sales and marketing aspects of our business and this helps us to take data driven business decisions for improvement.

"Quick and quickly improving"

What do you like best about Close? How quick it is. The shortcuts are really helpful so you can knock out a lot of emails, texts, and calls without using your mouse. What do you dislike about Close? Reporting could be better, almost tempted to port into Hubspot since they have great reporting and dashboards. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing contacts and playing nicely with other services like Zapier and Calendly makes it very easy to keep track of deals
