In our small team we focus on producing and delivering sales e-mails through the template driven system that Close has, along with the easy reminder setup, we never leave a potential customer behind. "Simple and Effective"

What do you like best about Close? What I like in a CRM is the ease-of-use and the aesthetics. I just login and all of my important notifications and tasks are right there. What do you dislike about Close? If you work quickly between leads or windows sometimes it can be glitchy. For example an SMS might revert back to a draft which has been a bit annoying sometimes. "Amazing Platform!"

What do you like best about Close? The way it logs calls and allows you to track your whole sales cycle saves so much time as the reps can do it as they make calls! What do you dislike about Close? It requires a very high internet connection which is not always available! What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? It was allowing me to call multiple people at one time which is just so time saving and effective.

"Close is by far the cleanest CRM out there. It’s intuitive, easy to use and an overal great tool."

What do you like best about Close? User interface is brilliant Lack of clutter, means it's easy to use Solid features and good pricing (new startup plan) What do you dislike about Close? Can be some bugs from time to time, however customer support is always on it What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales. It's a machine at cold outreach, love the sequences feature.

"This is by far the best CRM. I use it for my SaaS & online service-based business."

What do you like best about Close? It is clean and easy to use. It keeps you focused on the things that matter. Every other CRM felt overwhelming, had feature bloat and was a nightmare. It ended up paralyzing me and I wouldn't use it. With Close, I started immediately, intuitively, and never stopped. What do you dislike about Close? What do you like best about Close? The ease of use. It's incredibly easy to build a list of targeted leads to contact - and allows you to automate email sequences and calls to make contacting them hassle free. What do you dislike about Close? As with using any CRM it can seem a bit alien when you first take a look. What do you like best about Close? I just love how everything is well intergrated and easy to use and monitor all aspects of my work. What do you dislike about Close? Nothing really. I wish I had known about Close earlier. What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you? The customer service is incredibly fast and helpful.

"User Friendly CRM with functionalities that you discover the more you use it."

What do you like best about Close? Extremely easy to link email accounts to Close. It's also fantastic for creating sequences and assigning statuses to leads. Importing and exporting leads is also super easy to do. Bulk editing is fantastic for cleaning up your inbox. It really is an impressive piece of kit. What do you dislike about Close? What do you like best about Close? I like how easy it is and how fast you can do things. I ove to do things with speed. The faster you do things, the faster you get to your Sale and the faster you get to your Money. What do you dislike about Close?
