Amazing product but especially exceptional customer care

What do you like best? We have integrated Close heavily in our digital product. It's been easy, and despite that the APIs are still very powerful. They are in theory focused on small and medium sized B2B customer but we are a 50+ contact center (based in Bogotá, Colombia) focused on selling car insurances through phones and through our website.
