"Seamless integration"

What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator? The user interface is hands down, one of the most intuitive that I've seen to date. Not only are the features easy to use, but the reporting functions are extremely intuitive. What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator? I have not encountered any features that I dislike. What problems is DCKAP Integrator solving and how is that benefiting you? Integrating merchant services with our ERP's.
