Cleo Grow does not allow integrations…

Cleo Grove does not allow integrations with many other companies. It makes our sales funnel clunky and difficult to work with. Unfortunately, that is making us move away from Cleo grow, and eventually probably Cleo matters. If Clio allowed for integration with third-party applications, more than it does now, such as Xavier and others, then we could stay with the Clio platform, because we could be more efficient with our work. As it is, the Clio platform is made for firms that have few cases ...

It has been a good product to help us manage our cases. Robust database, and I am very happy with how it handles receiving of payments. I am not happy with the calendaring, and I'd like more flexibility to customize our invoices.

I recommend Clio to all small to medium size firms.

The fact that all files are ready at your fingertips anytime anywhere is a huge help. The set up of the software makes it easy to manage files, audit employees work, set tasks, run reports, and bill our clients efficiently. The only thing I would like improved is the trust accounting, but there has been great strides in this over the years. I also love that Clio is constantly updating their software to make it more efficient, and user friendly. This is the best file management software I ...

Great, with limits

I started with Clio as a new solo after leaving a firm. It has been a great tool for organizing information and communicating with clients and automating a lot of processes. The task list is central to running the practice. Integrating Clio with QBO has been a challenge (I think more on the QBO end). One limitation on usefulness has been the inability to allocate flat fees to more than one biller. I mean, why can't we have a default setting that allocates 20% of the fee to the originating ...

It's perfect for storage of documents

It's perfect for storage of documents, labeling creating bills so on and so forth. I only have one complaint and it's that we must highlight whatever we want to document or it reverts to previous person or location etc. It's not the friendliest when documenting.

I don't like that documents can not be auto-drafted. I don't like that there is no proper way to manage documents. I don't like that email is not integrated into the system. I don't like that I can not filter to just my cases and keep it that way. The settings reset as soon as you switch to a different screen. I've used 3 other cases management software in the past and prefer all of them to Clio.
