"Quality Product That Is Not Afraid to Evolve By Adding Practical Features"

What do you like best? Clio continues to provide practical features that meet the everyday demands of small and medium sized firms. What do you dislike? Sometimes, offering too many options, such as with billing themes, can make things a bit complicated. Recommendations to others considering the product: Responsive customer support, including the training and conversion team, helps make the process easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps ...

"Clio is awesome"

What do you like best? The ability to send quick bills to client that just signed up What do you dislike? No e-signatures. Wish there was a better way to deal with hourly retainers paid up front What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Back office. I need less staff. Clients are updated more often.

"Clio makes my practice run"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio is the central hub of my practice: calendar, billing, documents, tasks, etc. Everything is together. Clio makes keeping track of billable activities much easier than without practice management software. What do you dislike about Clio? Document automation is useful, but still very basic. Would be helpful to have more sophisticated document automation options. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I opened a solo practice right ...

"Great Work in Progress"

What do you like best about Clio? The flexibility of working with a company that's not too big to add a custom feature, or even to add a custom feature on the spot, the same day you request it at one of their conferences... What do you dislike about Clio? Would really like an offline syncing application that would allow me to use Clio when I have no internet, with a sync occurring once I get back to civilization. But you can't have everything all at once... What problems is Clio solving and ...

"Doesn't get much better than Clio!"

What do you like best about Clio? I love that it is a robust platform that is constantly evolving into a better product! It has everything that you would want in order to build efficiencies into your practice, from time capturing to managing your docket, to document automation and branding, Clio can do just about everything you would want it to do. And if it can't there are a host of integrations that work with Clio to completely automate managing your practice or time keeping. What do you ...

"Clio"

What do you like best about Clio? User friendly and design. Clio doesn't take long to figure out and doesn't require an IT person to implement. What do you dislike about Clio? Report function - I'd like to see more ways to generate reports to determine total number of monthly billings. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to practice remotely from anywhere in the world.

"Complete, Customizable, Connected - Clio"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio combines the best practices in database management with an intuitive, easy-to-grasp interface on static and mobile platforms. I like that the same data can be viewed on our desktops in the office, laptops in the field and mobile phones with ease. What do you dislike about Clio? Billing for complex clients and matters can be cumbersome. If you are used to billing through quickbooks directly, you will be frustrated at first. Recommendations to others ...
