Watch out for the auto-renew money grab tactics of Clio
PROS: Name recognition, nice colors, snappy time keeper, easy to launch with username and password, company is great at promoting itself but not really offering much of substance or use to me in my law practice. The review page is neat looking but REQUIRES a user to say at least 300 characters of nice things about the company. CONS: Not a very useful platform for my law practice and the company refused to waive the auto-renewal feature of the license ($600/year) despite my attempt to cancel ...

"Great tool for practice management!"
What do you like best? I love that Clio is a one-stop shop for practice management - all of your firm's information (contacts, client files, billing, phone messages, reports, etc.) are all in one program that can be accessed from anywhere. "Easy and Customizable"
What do you like best about Clio? I really like that it integrates so well with other programs, especially Zapier. Because of that we can customize it do do all the things we want. "Make your life easier!"
What do you like best? Love that you can track your time on the 'Activities' tab and use a timer. I also like that you can set up a billable hours target. What do you dislike? I do wish that the billable hours target allowed for more customization. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
