Everything within Clio is easy to use. Their customer support team is stellar. I enjoy the free events with training on Clio and trends. The reporting feature is exactly what I need along with the customization in generating what I need.

What do you like best about Clio? Drafting invoices for clients is so easy, and the invoices themselves look clean and professional. And I love the option to share outstanding invoices. Our collection rate has dramatically improved. What do you dislike about Clio? Occasionally creating reports is cumbersome. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? We are collecting more on outstanding invoices than we were before.

The help articles are less helpful now. More general than specific. Harder to pinpoint precise answers to specific questions. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to input and store detailed data on our cases and clients using the robust custom fields, and to generate documents fast.

What do you like best about Clio? I love all the ways in which Clio lets me automate processes. I don't spend time drafting routine forms anymore or logging time for emails. Clio does all that for me. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish getting all my staff up to speed in Clio were faster. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me keep others in the firm up to date on what is going on with clients, stores documents, and streamlines intake.
