"Ease of use"

What do you like best about Clio? The automatic reminders. Able to add cleints in quickly, does a search when adding a new client to make sure no duplicates are entered. What do you dislike about Clio? Not able to compleate the task inside the task. Having multiple matters created when client fills out a form. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Our firm uses Clio to keep track of clients, and documents. Send Invoices from clio, as well as process payments.

I also don't think the mobile version is as user-friendly as I'd like. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm a small firm without a lot of support staff. I like the ease with which I can communicate with clients and share documents. I also like that I can keep my time and bill using Clio.

"Generally good except that there are a number of easy fixes that would make it user friendly"

We have been Clio users since 2014. Beginning as a Solo we now managed a team of 3 lawyer and a paralegal. Over the years we have bursted our team as needed relying on the easy adaptability of the platform. We also use Clio Grow to managed New Clients and the intake process. Faster Suite to smooth out the docketing and document Managment process across a multi lawyer team. Integration with QBO is mature reliable process to manage accounting.
