One Stop Practice Management

Clio has streamlined our practice management, matter and client information, client contacts and billing. Working with a much older attorney, one who will be on the verge of retirement- having information in one centralized location is incredibly helpful to me. It really helps him not to have to search in multiple programs to find information.

The rep got involved in the issue

The rep got involved in the issue, shared my screen, saw what was going on and helped me solve the problem. Usually customer service does not do the heavy lifting to actually problem-solve.

Onboarding Meeting for Clio Grow

I had an onboarding virtual meeting with Kenny. I felt like he was really trying to understand the way our firm is using Clio Grow and that he was invested in helping us use it to its capacity and with efficiency. He graciously listened to my questions and was a problem-solving partner.

Grow and Manage are super user friendly…

Grow and Manage are super user friendly and the support staff is very attentive. I still have more to learn but we love how it has cut down on time spent doing repetitive task.

"Easy to learn and use."

What do you like best about Clio? its helpfullness in keeping me on task and consolidating things that would normally take multiple apps and programs to do. I have used other programs and they dont compare. What do you dislike about Clio? It's not really an issue with Clio as a program. but have Clio acadamy and the help section be a little more user frendly. It would make onboarding new staff easier as well as help current staff stay up to date with clio. What problems is Clio solving and ...
