What do you like best about ClientSuccess? It's intuitive and feels like it was built by people who have been in the customer success field. Some tools feel like a chore to integrate into your process and/or learn how to use, not this one.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Company culture - fantastic teams and everyone feels to be behind the Product, which is also great. There are some improvements needed but overall it's a great platform.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Easy to use and simplify the complex customer data needed cross-teams in the organization. We are able to centrally manage and visualize all customer data for the CSMs and have a comprehensive view of a customer account.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Having all information related to our relationship with our clients in one place is super useful on a daily basis. Playbooks allowed us to create a proper process for onboarding our clients, renew them, onboard people in the team. It was a necessity to build a CS team and scale.

"Simple and straightforward system for managing high-touch customer relationships"
What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I like having everything relevant for a customer profile on one page without needing to access multiple tabs or screens. On the client grid view, I can customize which columns I want to see and then sort by those various columns in order to identify opportunities for engagement.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I love that communications are automatically pulled in based on the contacts you have set on an account. I love the revenue centre! You can do all you need to within the application instead of jumping into a CRM. The ease to implement and get up and running.
