I like that ClientSuccess focuses all its energy of its product into what an every day, high-touch CS resource and team-lead would utilize to be most effective. "Great resource to track the things that matter most in the relationship"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The automation of pulling in email and other communication data is perfect. From there, a quick integration with Slack allows us to notify the whole company of the client's pulse. Very good at communication.

"Amazing Support for CS Professional."

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The flexibility provided by CS to adapt to your need is amazing, everyone has unique KPI or data point and i was able to map all of them to CS without any challange. Support provided by CS team was top notch and they helped us at every step of journey from onboardeing to mvp till moving into production.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I love how user-friendly it is. My experience using client success has been amazing. I was working on integrating client success and zendesk, and really apprecaited how our CSM was always answering any questions we ran into. Our company is very happy with Client Success.

"Great product for any Client Success team"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? East of application use. The application is very user-friendly. Great support service and personnel. The success cycle and pulse help with being proactive with our approach to our clients. The automation helps us focus on clients strategically vs. filling up our time with small tasks. I love that they pay attention to the client's needs and actually enhance the product based on feedback.
