What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The best feature of ClientSuccess is the health scoring and the ability to customize the inputs that make up the health score. Compared to other systems I have used, it is the easiest.

ClientSuccess presents information in a much more intelligible way to a standard user than it might be on its own; for instance, integration with Salesforce makes it easy to analyze performance and value. Their support desk is also incredibly efficient and always super polite.
