"A good way to keep in touch"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The interface is very easy to navigate. I have no issues locating the info I need and have not experienced any bugs or problems that hinder my workflow.

"Great platform that helps me organize my client information"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I like that I can have all my notes in one place. For example, I can easily access their contract information, NPS scores, email correspondence, and Zendesk tickets.

"Enjoyable interface with great metrics at hand."

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I like being able to get a snapshot of a customer at any moment, the integrations make it a nice landing place for all of the data. I never approach a call unprepared now.

"An efficient tool with limitations"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I really like that the system is simple, intuitive and efficient. Especially filters to organize customers help a lot in the daily routine. In addition, the look of the platform is very organized and pleasant. I confess that after you get used to using the tool, the competitors seem strange.

"Intuitive to CSMs, User Friendly, Account Growth"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? It is the first time I have ever used ClientSuccess and wow where has this software being all my life? The precision and funtionally of it has allowed for our Customer Success team to track our success metrics and provide a better customer support. This has allowed for account browth and expansion to other services.

"Review of Client Success"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The ability to do a temperature check on a customer via "Pulse". This is a quick affirmation of a customer's disposition at the time of the meeting and can be subject to change over time. The ability to do this is used to inform a more holistic health score but is very important in our engagement with customers.
