"Great CS oriented CRM"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Overall I like that ClientSuccess is a CS-oriented CRM that captures a lot of the essence of what CSMs need to track in their day-to-day activities. The mark of a good CRM is enabling users to maintain momentum while not having to get bogged down in the administrative side of things. Overall they do a great job on Pulses and Risk tracking. The entire platform is very intuitive and makes searching for the information you need a breeze.

"A Success Platform With Your Success in Mind"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The platform is intuitive. No clunky work flows that you have to go back through and do the work 13 different ways to get it submitted.

"Great tool & team!"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? I have used Client Success in a former role as a CSM and we recently purchased this software for our CSM team. I am impressed with the simplicity of the UI, and ease of integration with other tools like Zendesk & Salesforce. In addition we have had a very supportive team at Client Success.

"Easy implementation, easy to use, huge value our company"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? The implementation was super-easy. Setting up our health score (SuccessScores) and playbooks (SuccessCycles) was a very easy process. It's also been very quick and easy to modify and tweak as we learn.

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? ClientSuccess provides an easily-deployable solution that still includes all the required functionality. Quick time to value, minimal training, clear and simple. Very rarely you find a solution that has everything required, nothing more and nothing less. In addition they offer great resources for implementation, top-notch CSM team, and market leading resources.
