What do you like best? My favorite feature of ClientSuccess is that it automatically pulls in all of my emails to my clients. It's a simple way for me to track when I last corresponded with my clients and easily see when I need to reach back out. What do you like best? I love the interface of ClientSuccess; it allows me to easily see all of my clients and company's clients with their health scores and relevant information. It's extremely easy to use and doesn't include a lot of unnecessary reports and information that I don't need daily. What do you dislike? Best Company For CS Available - We Are In Love

What do you like best? The software is exceptional, and the company really cares about making certain we are successful in utilizing it effectively. What do you dislike? We love everything. There is nothing we don't like. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it as soon as possible What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? My favorite features are the communication tracking (emails, notes, phone calls), pulse, scorecard, and SuccessCycles. Overall, it makes our lives easier by integrating all the information about each client in one place! What do you dislike? Clean and Simple

What do you like best? Easy to use interface that makes it easy to get to what I need. Helps with proactively tracking and managing our customers. What do you dislike? Some features don't work as expected, however, things have been improving quite a bit in recent months and trending positively. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to view which customer is up for renewal next, what modules they have and how things are going.
