What do you like best about Clientshare? The ability to have an overview of all contracts and account manager performance What do you dislike about Clientshare? It would be good to have the ability to be notified when actions are completed. What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you? It has enabled us to reach out and offer a method of communication with customers that have historically been more difficult to engage with.

The best thing about ClientShare is how it allows our sales team to manage customer interaction, gaining insight in how customers are viewing a sharing content. Its allows us to increase customer retention rates which is invaluable!
