"Benefits it offers are valuable but interface is a little clunky."
What do you like best about ClientPoint? Being able to see when a client opens your proposal and be able to contact them to review in real time. It is also nice to have template pages loaded to select from when doing proposals; this saves a great deal of time not having to recreate each time.

"Paperless Proposal has taken Proposals to the next level."
What do you like best about ClientPoint? Paperless Proposal is very easy to use and has cut the time it takes to create our proposals. Because we send a link to our prospects we are able to respond to very large RFPs upload them into Paperless and not worry about file size.

What do you like best about ClientPoint? One of my favorite features is the analytics that it provides on the viewing side. After sending the paperless proposal to my Prospects, I can see exactly when they view my proposal, which part of the proposal they viewed and how long they viewed each section. This information is very insightful and has been a great tool for me. I also like the easy-to-use functions and customizable options that I have available while creating my proposal.

What do you like best about ClientPoint? About two years ago, I started working from home. Paperless Proposal allows me to continue creating and contributing to proposals, even though I'm four hours from my colleagues in the home office. The tool is also easy to use and features a simple home screen so I can see the status of each proposal and also see which proposals are assigned to me.
