What do you like best? I like that you can build an inventory and easily search for clients and build res cards What do you dislike? It is definitely not user friendly. The training videos provided are out dated. Getting help generally requires them to take over your computer remotely and takes a couple hours at best. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy to provide complete profile for easy organization of clients What do you dislike? Difficult to navigate upon beginning of usage. Recommendations to others considering the product: Patience during beggining of usage, becomes easier and it very useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I liked that clients information is easy to locate. What do you dislike? The navigation is not easy like Sabre plus. What do you like best? Direct access to all travel related business with fast booking. No need to go through travel operators and pay more and have less options for your clients What do you dislike? Slow at times. Hard to get support right the way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster bookings with more options for clients and the ability to receive rewards with car rentals and hotels

"Serves it purpose"

What do you like best? I like this software because it was easy to use and it serves it purpose. What do you dislike? Actually there was not one thing that i did not like about this software that I can think of at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
