"Client Heartbeat Review"

What do you like best about Client Heartbeat? In theory, this is a great client retention service or tool What do you dislike about Client Heartbeat? The price is just too high. The small business owner stretching their budget may have a hard time justifying the cost. What problems is Client Heartbeat solving and how is that benefiting you? Client retention and continual engagement, a service like thiscould be very beneficial to the small business owner and large business owner.

The product could be great, but the customer support is beyond terrible!

PROS: The tool automatically surveys the client base and makes progress comparisons of the customer's satisfaction between defined time periods. CONS: The big issue with this product is lack of support! I have required assistance twice from Client Heartbeat, and both times have experienced long periods of silence from their service support team. Not good for a paid product.
