What do you like best? Simple, intuitive interface for both host/presenter and participants. The live tech support folks are also incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and helpful! Glad we switched!

What do you like best? I like that I can see when an attendee logged into the webinar. That feature has saved us a lot of trouble! I also looooove the in webinar chat feature. What do you dislike? I don't like that when you play a youtube video for the whole class to see that if there is an ad banner on the bottom of the video you can not "X" out of it.
