Gets the job done, enjoy customization
What do you like best? Webinar interface customization, professional look of registration page, lots of useful add-ons that add extreme value. Use for both webinars and internal meetings. What do you dislike? Not a huge fan of the email function, much easier to use my own resources instead of going through ClickMeeting. Wish the live meeting dashboard had more options of layouts. ClickMeeting makes scheduling webinars quick and easy.
What do you like best? I like the ability to send out webinar invitations and login information instantly and on demand. Tech support is also quite customer-friendly and reliable (a very different experience from the service I previously used, who luckily shall go unnamed. What do you dislike? The online recording editing tool leaves a bit to be desired - not easy to "trim" exactly where I want, but I appreciate at least having the editing capability. What business problems are you ...

What do you like best? The chat resolves any question or problem at the moment. What do you dislike? The attendees cannot see the shared screen with iOs devices. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a good company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can give weekly webinars from home.

What do you like best? The user interface for the products they provide What do you dislike? the amount of little settings it takes to get everything set up properly. The email's templates that are sent to participants are too busy and hard for clients to obtain the relevant information What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Click Meeting can stream uploaded video content or youtube videos. It is easy to use. Almost always a live chat option with a customer support rep. What do you dislike? Sometimes the video doesn't stream, and certain browsers don't support the video streaming that well. Participants must have their Java updates run in order to see and/or hear the video.
