Unprofessional Organization

We signed up to use the software. Our team ran a couple of campaigns and stopped using it after we paid for a year. We quit logging in and received no notice from the company that this would auto-renew. They auto-renewed even though we told them we were no longer interested in using the product claiming we were one day past the cancellation day. We asked to be escalated and have been largely ignored. This company has poor business practices. Avoid at all costs.

"Simplified Lead Generation & Automation"

What do you like best about Clickedin? Ckickedin is very easy to set up and begin the lead generation process on LinkedIn. We were able to create different campaigns and target different lead types easily. And the automated message flow works well. Plus, the ability to automatically send the appropriate response to positive/neutral/negative messages is great.

"Great Help Reaching Prospects!"

What do you like best about Clickedin? Since we started using Clickedin 1 year ago we were able to add and engage 1,700 new contacts from LinkedIn and done over a dozen demos. They were great in helping us set up effective scripts and Chanel was always willing to help us launch new campaigns and effectively target the unique prospects we are after. Trying to manually chase the thousands of prospects on our own would have been impossible. ClickedIn made it simple and easy to manage.

Product Failed to Work and Lied About Guarantee

Well, they lied about guaranteeing 60 leads in 90 days or your money back. I got one OK lead that led to voicemails, and one lead they counted that amounted to someone being confused as to what was happening. After 90 days they asked to extend it and said it would take more time to work. We ended up going another 90 days with no success, and when I requested to cancel they magically added $2000+ in fees. I attempted to reduce the fees, but they were adamant that nothing could be done and ...
