Works well but not a super AI

We have been using ClickedIn for about 7 months. Over all I am happy and have made my money back on it. The platform works and the support people are great. I would say that the 'AI' is really quite a simple implimentation by 2023 standards but it does its simple trick of telling if a prospect is interested or not well.
