PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Clickdesk comprehenses all social solutions that small/medium-size businesses need in one place. As complex as this sounds, it doesn’t take too much time, and it doesn't require any expert coding knowledge. Messaging goes all the way for catering potential customers to supporting third parites via Skype or Gtalk (even if this is more of a personal benefit. Fascinating for the price!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is my personal small box that keeps all of my Chat, Helpdesk, Call, and Social Enagement data in 1 place! Many people don't know about it, but it is the app of the future. I like the admirable script loading time, and the fact that it is integrated with all Business apps. What do you like best? I have used this when handling a lot of clients st once love the capacity of incoming work. What do you dislike? That it’s seriously overpriced for what it does. Great Concept, Poor execution
What do you like best? I like the ability to be in contact with my customers. What do you dislike? If a product has a paid upgrade for features I would like to use, but am not ready for, I would like them to be hidden from me until I upgrade. ClickDesk throws these features that you are missing out on in your face but with a blur on them to appear as if they are just out of reach. Really obnoxious business practice. Usable for all companies
What do you like best? Never had errors or freezes up. Quick to start up with loading all credentials. What do you dislike? Password. I just hate having to change it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? file sorting, way better than excel.
