PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Communicating at a personal level became possible with Clickdesk. Furthermore, the application is easy to use so I didn't have any trouble using any feature. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am very happy with this software as we can connect with clients easily. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Easiest way to communicate with clients
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am in love with how ClickDesk incorporates chat, helpdesk, call, and social commitment in one application. Fascinating for the price!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is my personal small box that keeps all of my Chat, Helpdesk, Call, and Social Enagement data in 1 place! Many people don't know about it, but it is the app of the future. I like the admirable script loading time, and the fact that it is integrated with all Business apps. We incorporatet it on our website in no time, and it has been providing online support for users and random visitors ever since. ClickDesk ingenious video chat tool
What do you like best? With this tool you can make video calls at the time you want, in the place you can just keep a good internet connection. It allows you to have conversations with your clients that are out of your city or out of reach. So you can get more users. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Clickdesk comprehenses all social solutions that small/medium-size businesses need in one place. As complex as this sounds, it doesn’t take too much time, and it doesn't require any expert coding knowledge.
