I love everything about ClickDesk

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is a very convenient system for our account managers who continuously have to deal with our clients' inquiries. ClickDesk allows us to interact with our customers while researching on ways how to help them. It also allows us to see what country our client is in so we can easily delegate the inquiry to the account manager assigned. Most importantly, if we miss a chat, the application will notify us. Fascinating for the price!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is my personal small box that keeps all of my Chat, Helpdesk, Call, and Social Enagement data in 1 place!
