Die Lizenz für gekaufte Software wurde einfach während der Laufzeit gelöscht! Keinerlei Support vom Kundenservice, im Gegenteil! Wurde an den amerikanischen Mutterkonzern verwiesen die sich dumm stellen und den Sachverhalt nicht verstehen wollen. Unmögliches Verhalten und zudem Vertragsbruch!

Totally useless and then had the nerve…

Totally useless and then had the nerve to take more money from my account saying I had signed up for a subscription. Must have been veeery small print. They have also tried to take money this year despite having been told I want nothing more to do with them. They are incredibly difficult to contact. Steer well clear.

Schnell, unkompliziert, seriös

Habe über Cleverbridge eine Online-Kaufabwicklung für eine Software abgewickelt. Es lief alles problemlos, schnell und vor allem einfach ab. Selbst als ich den Kauf nach einer Woche gemäß Fernabsatzgesetz stornierte, lief alles unkompliziert und vor allem schnell ab. Bereits nach 6 Stunden wurde das Geld wieder über PayPal zurück erstattet. Sehr seriös das Ganze!!!
