Ich habe im letzten Jahr einmalig bei Cleverbridge ein PC-Reinigungsprogramm bestellt. Jetzt haben Sie erneut Geld für ein angebliches Abonnement dieses Programms von meinem Konto eingezogen. Leider hat das auch funktioniert. Allein die Tatsache, dass ich auf von Cleverbridge gesendete E-Mails nicht antworten konnte, spricht für ein ziemlich unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren. Ich habe bei cleverbridge eine One-Time-Lizenz von Reimage gekauft. Durch einen von der Webseite provozierten Doppelclick hatte ich plötzlich ein Abo abgeschlossen. Später habe ich erfahren, das das Programm ein Fake ist und das Abo sofort gekündigt (nach einer Woche) sowie die Software deinstalliert. Jetzt, ein Jahr später, hat cleverbridge mit einer gefakten Transaktionsnummer eine Paypal-Abbuchung getätigt, trotz gekündigtem Abo !!!Und hier greift auch der Paypal-Käuferschutz nicht ...

Ich habe bei Cleverbridge ein Programm für ein Jahr gekauft ohne Abovertrag und jetzt wollen sie wieder Geld . Das Programm hat nicht einmal funktioniert so das ich es wieder entfernen musste . Das ist einfach nur Kundenabzocke . Nie wieder Cleverbridge .

I tried to cancel and I thought I cancelled but they billed my credit card. I am trying to get refund. Panda security. don't buy. cleverbridge bills for panda security. very hard to contact.

Aucun service client. Leur emails/ formulaires ne fonctionnent pas et aucun téléphone pour les joindre. En revanche ils sont très doués pour faire du harcèlement commercial, envahir votre boite électronique de Emails indésirables et renouveler automatiquement vos abonnements , sans vous prévenir.Et ça c'est une boite qui vend un anti virus ?!

Jeg har flere gange handlet med Cleverbridge, og jeg er 100% tryg ved firmaet. Jeg har fået en del gode programmer den vej.Hvis du har fået noget, der virker dårligt, refunderer Cleverbridge din betaling hurtigt og effektivt uden bøvl.
