Would be zero stars if I could
Would be zero stars if I could. Purchased paintshop pro online, downloaded it couldn't get it to install. Never had a problem like this before, tried the no help desk, that was hopeless and a waste of time, it should be a simple process, pay for it, install it and its working there and then, not swapping emails a day later. Have requested a refund. Ironically wanted to purchase a copy cause I've been using an old version that's not licensed.

Received my refund within 2 hours--excellent!
Purchased some video editing software that I found wouldn't run on my Windows 7 machine.I filled out the Cleverbridge contact form and had my refund within 2 hours--excellent!

Offensive and rude customer service
Offensive and rude customer service. I bought Kadpersky software through the ComputerActive “store”; the technical specification clearly stated it was suitable for MacOS as well as Windows and Android. And yet it failed to install because it said it was for Windows only. Cleverbridge replied that ComputerActive is a Windows magazine (not true) so, regardless of the spec on the site or Kaspersky’s site, it should have been obvious it was only for Windows.
