Cleverbridge is useless with poor customer care

Cleverbridge is terrible. I purchase Malwarebytes every year on autorenewal. Received email that they are refunding my autopurchase and that my subscription is canceled. Turns out they receive reports about disputes every day and my CC was listed in error (I confirmed with CC co there are no disputes or blocks). Cleverbridge says it can do nothing, I have to start over. My take? Cleverbridge is NOT clever - they are dumber than a box of rocks. I'll pay for software without autorenewal from ...

Cleverbridge & Creativemark - no refund when goods don't arrive.

This company, based in Germany I think, process payments for Creativemark UK, a software outlet.But they refuse to process refunds when products don't arrive ... or when instructed to do so by Creativemark UK.Creativemark threatened legal action for requesting a refund - can you believe it!!VERY, VERY POOR customer service from both companies.I would give it ZERO stars, or less, if I could.Find another source for your software downloads and DVDs if you can!!

Zero customer service

Zero customer serviceThis company uses the lowest level of third world customer service you can find. Good look trying to understand what the person on the other end of the phone, They do seem to be able to pronounce their "American Names" well but after that its clear that English is not their preferred language and they simply cannot speak it clearly. Cancelled the subscription less than…

Cancelled the subscription less than two weeks after the initial request, as foreseen in the general T&C and in accordance with the described procedure. Despite this, they billed my PayPal for further membership anyway.

Downloaded WinZip and tried to register it with the registration code they sent. Got an error message saying "Incomplete or incorrect information" and a re-direct to their web site asking if I want to buy an upgrade. These guys are a fraud.
