trouble with my Endnotes…

I was having trouble with my Endnotes and then had another problem when I went to buy the replacement. I made some mistake and bought 3 copies. These folks solved the problem promptly and politely. I appreciate that.

Made a onetime purchase of CCleaner

Made a onetime purchase of CCleaner, a year ago (never meant to be a subscription), Cleverbridge used the bank details to take the money for another year without my consent (also never heard of Cleverbridge before they took a payment out of my bank account)

Excellent Customer Support

First, I should mention that a received a timely response and full satisfaction from Customer Service on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I certainly did not expect this. As for the reason for my contact, I received notice from my credit card company that I had a charge that was questionable. It was a subscription renewal for a program called Draft Sight from Cleverbridge. Since I am now retired, I no longer need the program. Quick refund.

I bought software that wouldn't work on my computer. I wrote requesting a refund. Within a day customer service had issued a refund and also made sure the software subscription was cancelled.

Quick and understanding responses

Our company recently went through a merger and the old company had some hidden subscriptions we were not aware of through Cleverbridge. Additionally, we did not have access to the email they used for Cleverbridge. Their support staff was understanding and very quick to reply over email. I was able to cancel the subscription and receive a refund for these services which we were not using.
