What do you like best about Clearwave? Patients can now check in and complete forms on their mobile device which has great increased satisfaction. On the staff side, having all eligibility and demographic information verified before the patient arrives allow for fewer denials and less clerical error. What do you like best about Clearwave? How quickly it is to obtain the most accurate insurance eligibility information while you are on the phone with the patient. Benefit information is also available instead of searching on multiple sites for eligibility and benefits. Accurately shows how the patient's name appears with their insurance company.
