What do you like best about Clearwave? Streamlining the patient check-in process and enhanced pre-service collections What do you dislike about Clearwave? There is nothing I dislike about ClearWave What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you? We have reduced the wait time for our patients. We have reduced the bottlenecking in the clinic and we have captured more pre-service revenue both old, new, and copays.

"Great product, and great customer service"
What do you like best about Clearwave? The support, they want their clients to be successful—knowledgeable staff. The product is very easy to use. What do you dislike about Clearwave? I can not think of anything i don't like Recommendations to others considering Clearwave: Do it; you will not regret it. Clearwave under promises or over-deliver. Our staff loves the product. What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you? A faster and more accurate check in process.

What do you like best about Clearwave? The flags and alerts for certain tasks and insurances make training easier. What do you dislike about Clearwave? Support has become less responsive over the years and often, the first line techs are not helpful. What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient registration and insurance verification.

What do you like best about Clearwave? CLearwave is very easy to use and train new staff. What do you dislike about Clearwave? I would like to see the mobile app to be used offsite. What problems is Clearwave solving and how is that benefiting you? The eligibility for patients coverage makes the information go into our system correctly, so we have clean claims going out of the system the first time.

What do you like best about Clearwave? I like the ease of the system for the patients as well as the staff. Easy to train on for new employees. And makes our front desk flow more efficeint. What do you dislike about Clearwave? I would like for the kiosk to scan more than two insurances. What do you like best about Clearwave? I like that it works with our current EMR system. What do you dislike about Clearwave? It is sometimes hard to get a response or answer from costumer service. Recommendations to others considering Clearwave: Be open-minded about the process and be willing to help create a workflow that will allow your patients and staff to be successful in implementing the product. What do you like best about Clearwave? We LOVE the eligibility verification using the website. It has become our "go-to" workflow to check before the patient even hangs up the phone when making an appointment! What do you dislike about Clearwave? There's not much that we don't like about Clearwave! What do you like best about Clearwave? Patients can now check in and complete forms on their mobile device which has great increased satisfaction. On the staff side, having all eligibility and demographic information verified before the patient arrives allow for fewer denials and less clerical error.
