My clients also like that they do not have to sign up for anything to view the content, they can just click and participate. What do you like best? It is very easy to use and integrate with SF. Activity is logged in SF Content rich Screenshare functionality is a plus. What do you dislike? Hands down best tool for impromptu web demo's with a client

What do you like best? It's the only program I've seen where I can simply give my client an easy vanity link and they can immediately see my live desktop in moments. No plugins, no info required it's just there. The email integration with outlook works perfect for sending quick emails of templates.
