"Flexible platform and great customer service!"
What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? The platform has a good balance between flexibility and structure, it provides a basic structure to start with and a good degree of customization. What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? Clearpoint is simple to use and yet has great capabilities. We have been able to easily train a number of non-technical staff to setup and maintain their information in Clearpoint. The ability to track the progress of your measures, align them in a variety of ways, and report via operational dashboards, strategic scorecards, etc. without the need to duplicate any data to do so. The platform can take data and information and turn it into a nice dashboards; It also enables effective monitoring of strategic plan implementation progress. Clearpoint has enabled our organization to deploy the County's first Strategic Plan dashboard, allowing our residents to review and evaluate our performance regarding the goals and objectives that our Board of County Commissioners established for the community. What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? ClearPoint is upgrading our data to the 21st century. DeAndre has been very responsive and worked hard to understand our needs. "ClearPoint has provided an user friendly easy, flexible and efficient way to track our strategy."
What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? The ClearPoint sync allows users to enter data without completely learning a new software. We are able to have one Admin who is an "expert" in the software, and all other strategy owners provide their data through excel sync files.
