What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? Customer service including the training and onboarding, and ongoing help from a specific account manager. ClearPoint has a fantastic onboarding process that allowed us to quickly import our strategic plan and begin managing it in the most efficient way possible. Our Bank used to do all strategic plan updates manually and through several spreadsheets, and the switchover to a flexible, easy-to-use and automated platform has transformed how we manage our process. What do you like best about ClearPoint Strategy? The support system and employees are top-level, always responding very quickly with in-depth answers to issues. If there isn't a solution already available they will do their best to craft one! The software itself is incredibly solid and well-made.
