Extraordinary ATS that I will continue to use
PROS: The thing which makes Clear Company stand out is its ability to customize according to the client’s need. They can create a whole new application just the way you want. If your company requires any addition to the status bar- well, you can get it. At our company we required a system which allows different users to have the access to it and also at various access levels. What do you like best about ClearCompany? We've been using the recruiting platform since 2015. Implementation and upgrades have been easy and we've always been assigned great people to assist in these tasks. We added the onboarding platform in 2018 and again were assigned a great implementation manager who outlined the necessary steps, provided training resources, and kept us on track. What do you like best about ClearCompany? I love using ClearCompany from start to finish with our candidates. My favorite parts include scorecards to grade candidates fairly across the board and how easy it is to move candidates through the interview process. Once a new employee is ready to be onboarded, you can send a packet that sends tasks to your internal team and the new hire. "Great hiring process, easy to do and understand, very thorough."
What do you like best about ClearCompany? With all the different features it has, it is straightforward to upload your resume, which some sites have made it very difficult, I have found. My favorite thing is the "Best Practices for Achieving Talent Success Maturity" all the things you can learn about the interview process and offer letters were great.

ClearCompany is the best without any doubt
PROS: We are blessed to have Laura as our Client Relationship Manager. From the very beginning, she was so much fun to work with. Due to our special business needs, we had to make lots of customized changes in the system and Laura was always there to make the changes according to our needs. Now it is almost 5 months with Clear Company and Laura is still the same person whom we met on day one, willing to help. A perfect product with outstanding customer support.

"Robust Software with great support"
What do you like best about ClearCompany? Clear company has a large amount of functionality within a simple to use interface. We use the platform as an ATS, performance management, and onboarding platform in conjunction with ADP Workforce Now software. Their robust tools are topped only by the excellent technical support their team provides. Every question or issue I've ever had has been resolved promptly and thoroughly. Each person that works for the company sounds like they enjoy their jobs.
