What do you like best about ClearCompany? The tools and reporting sections where you can access snapshots of the reqs each recruiter is handling and the timeline for each step of the full cycle process.

"Very high value for the $, including key modules: ATS, onboarding, and performance mgmt"
What do you like best about ClearCompany? Great implementation support. 2 way integration with ADP Workforce Now was/is essential and ClearCompany works. Performance review functionality is solid and goal setting is integrated. Recruitment is working well, after solving for some technical and process challenges. Prior experience was PDF performance reviews and JazzHR for our ATS. JazzHR served our needs well, but ClearCompany helps us mature and support recruitment across our multiple entities.

What do you like best about ClearCompany? Our team switched over to ClearCompany last summer and we've been nothing but thrilled. It's incredibly easy to use, our applicant experience drastically improved and our communication between departments is next level. Our hiring managers know how to use it now and getting their feedback through the scorecard feature is pivotal for our team since many of them are remote. The customer support has also been above anything that we could have expected!
