What do you like best? The adaptable arrangement. From File Folders to Fantastic

What do you like best? We moved from a paper/pen file folder application system to Clear and were a bit nervous about going digital. The support team held our virtual hands as we learned how to set up the back end of our process. In four days we have more applicants that we could have imagined. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My favorite ATS system I ever used. I am able to see all applicants easily able to keep track of where they are in the process. What do you like best? The system has been so easy to use that we have not received questions from candidates and our supervisors have had little to no learning curve, which has not been typical with the adoption of new technology. What do you like best? From creating requisitions to working throughout the entire onboarding process, ClearCompany makes navigating easy and straightforward. The process for updating or adding files and information is also easy to work with. What do you dislike? There hasn't been anything that I found that I dislike so far.
