ATS is an excellent applicant tracking solution!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I have already used three ATS by the time I found Clear Company and no doubt it is the most user friendly, spontaneous and effective solution to all my issues. The whole team, whether it’s marketing, launch or maintenance are smart, ready to help and very reliable. We launched this summer and from then onwards we have been really happy. Excellent people taught me and tailored the system to our company.

What do you like best? The automated workflow and centralized management. What do you dislike? Automatic population of some fields from resumes were not very accurate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Strongly recommend. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Disciplined recruiting process. Better organization and more efficient processing of searching for and hiring a candidate.

Good but just not enough

What do you like best? I like the automatic feeds that are provided for the postings. It does have functionalities for sharing and emailing directly from the web and then responses do come to your inbox. What do you dislike? The site itself is not designed well. Easy and Simple

What do you like best? This program streamlines the recruiting and onboarding process. It puts it all in once place! Saves our company about 10-12 labor hours a week! I also like the opportunity to know exactly where my candidates are at in the process of hiring. Excellent product, easy to use

What do you like best? I like how easy ClearCompany is to use. Resumes show up right on the candidate's page and I can easily sort who is qualified and who is not. For all of candidates who are not qualified, I can send them an email letting them know right away. For the candidates who are qualified, I can get them set up for video and phone interviews.
