ClearCompany is a superior Applicant Tracking and Talent Management System

What do you like best? The recruiting to onboarding process. Seamless! What do you dislike? Upon initial log-in the site can be intimidating. Lots of components to this system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting talented employees and reducing costs of hiring and training. Managers are more involved with the process from posting job requisitions, to hiring and onboarding. Time and cost savings.

Comprehensive but feels complex

What do you like best? Clear Company allows users to keep applicant tracking and communications in one place. The applicants apply through a connected system, I can view all the applicants in a list, sort them by a score, see submitted documents, and take several actions to parse the system. I wish some of the automatic messaging functions would be implemented What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? ClearCompany has drastically made our hiring and onboarding process better. We used to be completely paper-based even as late as 2 years ago and the ClearCompany platform has allowed us to develop a more robust hiring process from beginning to end. What do you dislike? Synchronization of hiring processes at multiple locations made easier with ClearCompany

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The main characteristic of Clear Company which proved to be most beneficial for me is the fact that it can do cross posting of jobs on multiple job boards. I normally also use the option of forwarding and sharing the candidates’ profiles with the other hiring manager who are added in their system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The price is pretty good considering where we came from but you get what you pay for. It is functional but very basic. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There have been a few issues that we tried talking to with customer support for weeks and you do not get to ever talk to them immediately.
