Clear Company has allowed us to synchronize our recruitment efforts at multiple hiring locations.

What do you like best? The feature that I find most beneficial is the automatic cross posting to multiple job boards, thus consolidating my efforts to cross post! I also utilize the ability to 'forward' or share candidates with other hiring managers set up in the Clear Company system. What do you dislike? Basic Features Work Fine, Not Intuitively User Friendly

What do you like best? I like that the software provides a quick and easy way to review, grade and comment on the applicants. Makes it easy to compare applicants on one screen. What do you dislike? The software is not entirely user-friendly and has a bit of an outdated look. It can be difficult at times to navigate to the pages that I need and I often find myself back where I started. Good but just not enough

What do you like best? I like the automatic feeds that are provided for the postings. It does have functionalities for sharing and emailing directly from the web and then responses do come to your inbox. What do you dislike? The site itself is not designed well. Not the best ATS

What do you like best? The simple layout and its very user friendly. What do you dislike? It does not connect with any other system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster application to hire time.

Would not recommend

What do you like best? I like that everything is integrated into one system. What do you dislike? The system is hard to use, it is clunky. The system also does not send the job postings to the sites in which you have selected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting. The only benefits I have noticed is it is all in one place. I would not use this system again.

Needs a lot of work

What do you like best? i like that you can share the candidate with a Hiring Manager. What do you dislike? I dislike that Clear Company isn’t intuitive, and we have to create 30 different forms to keep track of everything. BEWARE ADD ON FEES

What do you like best? Good customer service during set up that was quickly overshadowed by additional fees not disclosed in the contract. What do you dislike? I purchased Clear Company and have been using it for six months. I received an email from the customer service dept that there is a bogus additional charge they are trying to charge of $10,000 for additional 'competencies' in the system that were not disclosed in the contract.
