Comprehensive but feels complex
What do you like best? Clear Company allows users to keep applicant tracking and communications in one place. The applicants apply through a connected system, I can view all the applicants in a list, sort them by a score, see submitted documents, and take several actions to parse the system. Great way to streamline hiring process
What do you like best? I like that LinkedIn is integrated if an applicant chooses to do so. I also like that multiple people can access and add notes/changes in a shared format What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it keeps track of all our applicants. The database is searchable. It has a database of job descriptions. It has the ability to automate email replies and responses. It easily updates our company website when we make updates or post jobs ads online. I love that they are partnered with Indeed.com. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is customizable and can integrate with other systems such as HRIS, onboarding, etc. What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly and the system feels outdated. What do you like best? The dashboard of the ATS about sums it up. What do you dislike? I was previously using ICIMS. Navigation was seamless. Pages were better organized. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The main characteristic of Clear Company which proved to be most beneficial for me is the fact that it can do cross posting of jobs on multiple job boards. Functional yes, but not what we were promised.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The price is pretty good considering where we came from but you get what you pay for. It is functional but very basic. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There have been a few issues that we tried talking to with customer support for weeks and you do not get to ever talk to them immediately.
