I liked that when I first started using ClearComany, and had no prior experience with it, I was able to watch the different training videos and learn very quickly how everything worked. Great service and amazing product.
What do you like best? The platform. Extremely user friendly making the training to our hiring managers simple. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system runs slow, not sure if it is CC's server. What do you like best? I think it is very easy to use. It required extremely minimal training on my part- I had never used an ATS before. What do you dislike? Easy implementation and wonderful customer support!
What do you like best? The customizable application process, saving requisitions as templates and the one-click job posting. What do you dislike? That the screen does not automatically refresh and that you have to switch screens in order to refresh the Requisition List. Sometimes when I do an instant upload on the Req and then go to the tear sheet, the resume is not there and it takes awhile before it is there.
