What do you like best? Functionality. I love how intuitive and "smart" the technology is. What do you dislike? I do wish I could change the fonts and enable spell check on performance appraisals. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were able to streamline our recruiting, onboarding, and background check processes through Clear Company. What do you like best? The customer service has been great with a quick turn around. What do you dislike? that paylocity dictates some of the impact with hires. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rolling over to paylocity has been, well, okay.
