Simple and Easy

What do you like best? I love that ClearCompany works with Paylocity. Once an applicant is hired through ClearCompany, I don't have to enter their information in Paylocity. What do you dislike? Nothing; the system works great for our needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of recruiting. ClearCompany sends out our ads and applicants find us through different job sites.

What do you like best? I like that everything is integrated into one system. What do you dislike? The system is hard to use, it is clunky. The system also does not send the job postings to the sites in which you have selected. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recruiting. The only benefits I have noticed is it is all in one place. I would not use this system again.

What do you like best? Online paperless process and it maps to ADP. We are currently using paper. What do you dislike? Some of your wording. For example, archive means delete, but delete means archive. Very confusing. Also, we are an HR team of three and we all share the onboarding process. What do you like best? The scalable solution. For a mid-market firm that doesn't need something cumbersome or over the top, it's a great solution and it will grow with us from 120 (our size when we implanted) to 175 (our size now) and beyond. What do you dislike? I would really like to see a task list on the dashboard. A "to do list" that is derived from reminders or notes that are written based on timing. What do you like best? The user friendly interface makes the recruiting and onboarding process simple and functional. In the ATS portion, you are able to forward candidates onto Managers, forward onto another requisition, and email candidates from the system.
