What do you like best? This recruiting software is very easy to use. It makes posting jobs and selecting candidates easy. What do you dislike? Once someone is in the onboarding process, you have to contact your rep to have them removed if the offer is rescinded. What do you like best? I love the intuitive and smart nature of the platform. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Functionality. I love how intuitive and "smart" the technology is. What do you dislike? I do wish I could change the fonts and enable spell check on performance appraisals. What do you like best? Clear Company has an easy to use interface and a great dashboard for quick at a glance information. You can search by candidates or by requisitions, and can create personalized video interview questions for each position. What do you dislike?
