What do you like best? The customer service, the ease of having all applicants in one place, and the ability to quickly communicate with candidates all in one place! I also really enjoy using Shield background screening through the process since it is quick and simple to complete with candidates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Generally, we are satisfied overall with this product. We were able to customize the product to our use while keeping it easy to use for our hiring managers. The product offering has continued to improve as time goes on which is a nice advantage! We reviewed several of the big name, big dollar products at the time we chose HRM/Clear Company and those products were unable to be as customized as this is. What do you dislike? Great user friendly and customizable ATS

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to customize workflow steps for my candidates. Many applicant tracking systems have generic recruiting lifecycle steps, when in reality, your candidates may be in certain workflow steps that are unique and leave you guessing when you need to place them in a generic step (i.e., language proficiency test, does not meet clearance requirements, etc.). Fantastic solution for a fantastic price

What do you like best? I love the clean layout, minimal number of clicks per task, intuitive design, how the jobs post automatically to Indeed and other sites, how easy it is to get to the portal from any device. What do you dislike? Sometimes when candidates apply, their email addressed don't port over correctly or at all, and often the wrong state ports over so there are some manual edits that need to take place. The job doesn't close automatically when you "hire" someone on it. ...

Clear Company is a great simple way to find and review candidates.

What do you like best? I loved how easy it is to connect with different advertisement sites. I used a few different places to look for candidates including indeed and craigslist. It filters all applicants to one place where you can review them in an organized fashion. I also loved all of the digital folders where you can keep different pools of candidates (For the ones you've contacted but haven't responded yet, the ones that have an interview scheduled, etc.) It's also great for when ...

User friendly with continuous enhancements making your experience easier each time.

What do you like best? The aesthetics and their customer service. What do you dislike? Not being able to customize certain output functions What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to automize so much of the recruiting process has been amazing.

ClearCompany: The Good and the Murky

What do you like best? ClearCompany's best feature is the ability to post across multiple online job sites with one click. The ability to text applicants is also extremely helpful, as is the ability to grade applicants as we see fit - we have utilized this grading system amongst the recruiters to track how many times they have contacted the individual as well.
