What do you like best? Having applicants apply for multiple locations at one time and having that data transfer to our our HRIS system. What do you dislike? Minor errors cause the processing to stop. e.g. - if applicant provides phone number in wrong format it stops the automated process. Gets the job done

What do you like best? I like the ability to grade candidates and the integrations with our background screening company. What do you dislike? Once you view a candidate, there is no indication other than grading or moving forward to next steps, to show the candidate has been viewed. What do you like best? The customer service is very helpful. Whenever a problem arises, I can assure that I will have it resolved. I can jump on a call with my representative and he takes the time to show me step by step to get things fixed and accomplished. What do you dislike? Fantastic ATS, Even Better Customer Service

What do you like best? Hands down, Clear Company has the best customer service that I have seen with software companies. As a client, I have my own Customer Success Manager where I can ask any questions needed, and a dedicated support chat for any other questions that I have. Their ATS functionality is also extremely easy to use, and is very consumer driver, with CC posting updates and constantly evolving their product. ClearText is a prime example of this. What do you like best? Personally, I like the onboarding process, it is simple for new employees and managers to use and it saves so much time. Managers were responsible for printing out packets of paperwork for new hires and then following up to make sure everything was submitted to HR in time for payroll.
