Gets the job done

What do you like best? I like the ability to grade candidates and the integrations with our background screening company. What do you dislike? Once you view a candidate, there is no indication other than grading or moving forward to next steps, to show the candidate has been viewed. The ClearCompany program is easy to learn and easy to customize.

What do you like best? I like the ability to create templates to meet our needs. It is also very easy to track candidate progress. What do you dislike? Not having spell check in the emails we craft. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes it easy to proved a snapshot of all candidates and where they are in the hiring process.

Using Clear Company as a Hiring Tool

What do you like best? I like the fact that among other functions, as hiring managers we are able to integrate our calendars when setting interviews. Also, the use of dispositioning applicants that do not qualify for a certain position. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The customer service is very helpful. Whenever a problem arises, I can assure that I will have it resolved. I can jump on a call with my representative and he takes the time to show me step by step to get things fixed and accomplished. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We've been using the recruiting platform since 2015. Implementation and upgrades have been easy and we've always been assigned great people to assist in these tasks. We recently added the onboarding platform and again were assigned a great implementation manager who outlined the necessary steps, provided training resources, and kept us on track. Total game changer for our recruiting team!

What do you like best? Our team switched over to ClearCompany last summer and we've been nothing but thrilled. It's incredibly easy to use, our applicant experience drastically improved and our communication between departments is next level.
