Great Value in Many Ways

What do you like best? Easy to use and service has been good!!! What do you dislike? nothing-we have gotten what we paid for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is doing what it is designed to do. We now have an orderly efficient system for applicant tracking and more. I wish our managers would use it more and then we might use more features!

Great Platform and team

What do you like best? The set up process is highly organized and intuitive. The set-up specialist was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. What do you dislike? Would like to be able to store HR documents in the platform that could be visible to all, such as Health benefit booklets, Employee Policy and Procedure manuals. It is easy to post jobs across multiple boards, to track exactly where candidates are in the process, communicate across our hiring team, and perform a seamless transition through the process into onboarding. What do you like best? The ease of the site. It is very user friendly. I can look at candidates for all shifts and even move them from shift to shift. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It accessible through our payroll site and streamlines the onboarding process. Easy to manage candidates and job requisitions in their ATS system. What do you dislike? Not all information is auto populated when moving a candidate into the payroll system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cuts down on time spent on boarding new employees.

What do you like best? Lust View was my favorite when looking for the right candidates to contact. Making it easy to skim through as well as direct you straight to a candidates profile when needed. What do you dislike? It wasn't really a dislike, more like it would have been a little bit better with more dropdown options and templates. What do you like best? I love that you can create your posting and then it will post automatically for you to a number of different sites. What do you dislike? I get notifications about new applications a day late. By then I have already checked and reviewed them.
