The only ATS I'll ever use!

What do you like best? Clear Company is able to be fully customized. If you want a different way for applicants to apply, they can make you a new application and process. If you want to add in additional fields to the Status bar- you can. This has been great for a complex organization like Autopart International that has a need for many different users to have access to the system and have different access levels. What do you like best? Their customer service is great. We've asked them to create several new reports for us and they're always willing to try and get them done as quickly as possible. What do you like best? This product is so easy to use and the amount of response to our ADS have been great! What do you dislike? There is nothing to dislike about this product it has been a great resource for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy and friendly to navigate for both Employers and Employees

What do you like best? I love that as an employer we can customize the onboard packets and not go by templates. Customer Service is always available and have always helped with any issue/error immediately. What do you dislike? It is difficult to tell apart a candidate when you have similar names under the candidate lookup. If we could tell them apart by either email or phone # it would be a lot easier. What do you like best? I really liked the ability to get my implementation coordinator on the phone or via e mail. Colin was always accessible and able to answer any questions I had. Fairly Robust Applicant Tracking System

What do you like best? We appreciate the fact that it is web based, and not paper based, the fact that you can search for an applicant, and that Clear Company is always trying to better their platform. Also love the texting aspect - it has been a great tool to get quicker responses from candidates, and being able to tag candidates to easily find them later.
