What do you like best? ClearCompany's best feature is the ability to post across multiple online job sites with one click. The ability to text applicants is also extremely helpful, as is the ability to grade applicants as we see fit - we have utilized this grading system amongst the recruiters to track how many times they have contacted the individual as well. What do you like best? I found it reassuring and was immediately put at ease with my implementation specialist. She explained the product as well as gave fantastic suggestions on how it can be tailored to my company's needs. What do you dislike? The only criticism I can give is while all of the educational videos are helpful, sometimes I learn better with a one on one walk through. What do you like best? The ease of the site. It is very user friendly. I can look at candidates for all shifts and even move them from shift to shift. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It accessible through our payroll site and streamlines the onboarding process. Easy to manage candidates and job requisitions in their ATS system. What do you dislike? Not all information is auto populated when moving a candidate into the payroll system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The dashboard of the ATS about sums it up. What do you dislike? I was previously using ICIMS. Navigation was seamless. Pages were better organized.
